  • Step 1: Book a 30-minute call for $75.
    • We will discuss your family’s unique priorities, your travel style, and your budget.
  • Step 2: After the call, receive 3 personalized destination options with rough budgets, suggested activities, and why they’re ideal for your family.
The fee is waived if you proceed with a custom itinerary! (Option 2 below)

Perfect for families who know their destination but need expert planning to make it happen, and in a way that makes everyone happy.

How it Works

Step 1: Book a Call

  • We’ll chat about your travel goals, specific needs, budget, and accommodation preferences.

Step 2: Get a Quote

  • For itinerary services, you’ll receive a quote based on your family’s unique trip.
  • Pricing starts at $249 for a 3-day trip and scales based on trip length and complexity.

Step 3: Receive Your Itinerary

  • I ask for a 50% down payment to begin planning your custom itinerary.
  • Within two weeks, I’ll send a detailed first draft for your review.

Included in Your Customized Itinerary

  • Day-by-day activity plan with kid-friendly options.
  • Accommodation and transportation recommendations.
  • Flexible backup activities and travel tips.
  • A pre-trip itinerary and checklist.

    • Step 4: Final Touches

    • One round of edits is included to ensure the itinerary perfectly suits your family’s needs. You tell me what you’d like changed or tweaked on your customized itinerary.
    • After receiving the remaining 50% of payment, I proceed with the changes.
    • Within one week, you’ll receive the final draft of your family’s itinerary!

    • I’ll provide everything you need to make your trip seamless.
    • All you have left to do is click on the provided links, book your trip, and you’ll be on your way to unforgettable family memories!

    • Do you book everything for us? No, but I provide links and clear instructions.

    • How long does the process take? 2–3 weeks depending on trip complexity.

    • What if I don’t like the itinerary? One round of edits is included to make sure the itinerary is just right. Additional rounds of edits can be provided at an hourly rate of $35.

    • Are you a travel agent? Nope! Travel agents have partnerships with companies like hotels and tour companies that they are incentivized to promote. I can select anything, allowing me to find the perfect fit for your family. I also don’t book your travel for you.

    • Do you offer refunds? No. Your satisfaction is my priority, though! If you are not happy with any part of your itinerary or the process, I will work with you to make it right!
